Processing Time All items are lovingly handmade to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to create your piece before shipping. During busy periods or for complex custom orders, processing may take up to 7 business days. You'll receive a notification when your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Costs We offer the following shipping options:
- UK Standard Delivery (3-5 business days): Calculated at checkout
- UK Express Delivery (1-2 business days): Calculated at checkout
- International Shipping: Available to the US, Canada, EU, Australia, and New Zealand. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7-14 business days). Rates calculated at checkout.
Tracking All orders include tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your item ships.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
Lost or Damaged Items If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
